Created by Jodie Elliott, Prepped Manitoulin was born in 2022 with the goal of bringing prepared meals to Manitoulin with people who love to cook.

Jodie Elliott is the owner and head Chef at Prepped Manitoulin. She completed her studies in culinary arts at Confederate College in Thunder Bay.
Jodie has been leading in the kitchen for over 8 years where she previously owned and operated Elliott's restaurant location in Little Current.
Jodie loves making wholesome food that is full of flavor. She is a wizard at making sauces ( a saucier if you will) giving Prepped Manitoulin meals their signature taste and flair.
